It's been ages since I was last on this blog but I decided to update tonight.

It's spring here and the weather has been beautiful. The trees are all coming out and I had 2 hummingbirds today. I have lots of other birds too, but I always enjoy the hummers.

It has been a busy week for us, we were in revival from Wed. thru Sunday. It was one of the best we have ever had. God seemed to be really moving. Missy and Jess are coming down for Mother's day and I can't wait to see them. We will be having our Mother Daughter banquet on Saturday before Mother's Day. Lot's to do but that's what keeps us going. Judy

Hello Everybody,
I haven't blogged for a long time so thought I would add a note on here. Things a just as busy as ever here. It has been a beautiful month for March, at least I think so. We have been able to ride the bike a few days even. There are flowers in bloom and it feels like April or even May in MI.
We are all well, Sonny, me, Daisy and Spook. Just wanted to let everybody know. Judy

Hello All,
Just a note to update you all on what is going on around here.
Not much, and what a blessing!! December was so busy that it's great to be able to sort of sit back and relax a little.
The weather has turned to winter in a hurry but I guess it's that time of year. It has snowed since Wednesday and we are supposed to get plenty of snow tonight and tomorrow and on into Sunday, great if you like to spend a lot of time in the house. I've caught up all the laundry and most of the ironing and house cleaning, even the basement. It feels good to get it done.
Sending a picture of Spook, my new kitten. She is really pretty and already a good mouser. There's one of Daisy too. She is getting old and not too into the holiday's like she used to be. She went to Michigan with us and was very tired in the picture above.
The church is doing well, our people are looking for the return of Jesus, it just seems to be in the air. We want them all to make it. Seems like the death of one of our dearest saints put them in the mood for soul searching. The altar has been lined the last few Sunday's. We've really had some great services. If you think of us remember us in your prayers. Sonny and Judy

Merry Christmas to All

Just thought I'd write and tell you all the news about Sonny's trip to Cleveland Clinic. First when we got there, we found that we had a Christian doctor, one who had a testimony and was not afraid to give it. Praise the Lord!! Anyway, he went through all of Sonny's history and records then gave his opinion. He feels that Sonny should not have had the 4 stints placed in February of this year but would rather have seen him have a bypass/graft done. He says the stints are very large and just about cover the entire artery. However, they are open and have healed well and for the moment he feels that they are okay. There is one small artery at the back of the heart that needs to be opened, but he thinks it is okay for now. We both feel some relief because he gave us hope for the future that if anymore needs to be done, it can be done. The others told us nothing more could be done for his condition. Anyhow, we praise the Lord for the good news.

We are ready for Christmas, and will be coming to Michigan on Christmas day. Can't wait to get there. Hope to be able to see some of our friends. Judy

Hi Everybody,
Just a note to let you all know that Sonny goes to Cleveland Clinic for a check up on Thursday. We will be leaving in the morning to go up and staying the night. We hope that they will be able to help him with some of his medicines, because he is on so many and has had so many reactions to them. Please remember us in prayer.
Wanted to share a couple of pictures of my tree and village here at home. My girls got me a train this summer and I put it around the tree. I think it looks beautiful.
I'll write more when we get back. Judy

A Snowy Thanksgiving
We had all the kids down for Thanksgiving and we had a great time. We had a lot of snow so the kids got to play in it. It was great to have all of them down (the granddoggies too).
Here is a picture of Sonny's mom with all of our crew. We are so blessed.

Tuesday night. Nov. 4, 2008 -- Just looking through some pictures and came up with these. The church, Roscoe Rooster and Sonny and I in the fellowship hall. We seem to spend a lot of time at the church, so thought I'd share a picture with you all.
It was a nice day today so we went for a ride on the trike. It was cool, in the 60's but nice for riding. Went to vote, to Sonny's sister, Janet's,Walmart and Dollar Tree then came home. That was just about the whole day.
Not much new here except for the stolen oil from our church. The first time thieves stole around 1,000 gallons and then last week they came back for 200 more gallons. The police are trying to catch them.
The kids will be coming down for Thanksgiving and I can't wait to see them. Judy
